We want you to be fully satisfied with your KINTO products; if you are not, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all glassware and ceramics are securely packed to prevent damage during the return transit.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original KINTO product boxes and place them inside a sturdy shipping carton with sufficient protective padding.
Ship to KINTO UK
Affix the return shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking receipt.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
